Place not so important. You would be good anywhere. Your directors are excellent, particularly Deb who worked very hard and so is Jerry albeit limited by an injury. You have done a terrific job organizing every detail to make everything run smoothly. I hope to be with you again. Maybe I can find a trip with less crowded, though you handle it very well too. I really was very impressed. |

This was the most phenomenal dive trip I have ever taken. The boat is 5 star, the diving extraordinary and the indirected attention fabulous. Last year was stung by a stone fish in Phi pPhi and I felt very apprehensive about diving again. The Arenui dive team were beyond fantastic. I finally felt comfortable diving again. I’m now back to jumping in the water with no fears. |

I was sitting on the bottom enjoying the view as a manta ray 6ft (wide) pane 2ftabove my head when the dive master went frantically calling us to the other side of reef shoulder. It was the mola mola.
Food was outstanding.

- Jerry & Debbie do a great job of keeping everything on track. Very difficult to keep 16 passengers happy – they did it with style!
- Service provided by the crew was impeccable. Arenui does it right! This is my 5th liveaboard – nobody else compares.

Ciao Luigi,

We went in February with Arenui to Raja Amput and were very happy. The very best boat we have ever been on. We booked straight away for an April cruise so this report is a second experience. The experience was superb as before and we booked again for Bali-Komodo-Bali next October. The dive guides are all excellent but Toby is a class apart. He found 4 mm nudis, a rhinopia and the rarest of the rare of frogfishes, the psychedelic frogfish. What was appreciated was that we were not only diving but made several landtours as well with transport and guides on the ready.
The boat itself gives another meaning to the word "space" on liveaboards.
Big cabins, big showers, big lounge, sundeck, big, big, big. There were 30 crew members for 12 guests! Service from A to Z. Although the cruise is fully and professionally programmed, there is enough flexibility to feel comfortable at any moment. Enthusiasm of the cruise director Jerry overflows and contaminates his staff. Briefing tables are works of art.
UW Photography Comments: Each dive was excellent |

I just completed two back to back trips on the Arenui. The boat is beautiful and very comfortable in every way. The crew from top down is very efficient, friendly and lots of fun to be around. The cruise directors and dive guides are very experienced and the diving are great. Jerry and Debbie are great cruise directors. Ali and Toby, in my opinion, are the best dive guides in Indonesia. I would go everywhere with them.
These two on the cruises Arenui are the best dive cruises I have ever done. The variety of dive sites and the critters found and the beauty of the corals and islands and variety of fish is amazing. I will definitely return for more. |

I have been on several liveaboard dive boats in Raja Ampat. This is by far the best one. The cabins are spacious and designed for divers. The crew is so very friendly and helpful and always gives extra effort to make everyone comfortable and happy. I cannot put in words how great the trip was. I will definitely be back on board soon. Ali and Toby are among the top guides in Indonesia. Debbie & Jerry, Cruise Director, run a great program and do the best to please all. |

Luigi,
Thank you for stopping by last night, it was so nice to meet the heart behind Arenui! All your efforts and hard work have more than paid off. Oliver, Ken, Laurent and I had a FANTASTIC trip in Raja Ampat. Well travelled New Yorkers and dive instructors from 6 star resorts are not easy to impress but you succeeded. We were all wowed the Arenui.
The boat itself is gorgeous. Our cabins were amazing ,big, and well air conditioned. Linens and towels were very high end. Overall the Arenui is far and beyond any other live aboard dive boat any of us have been on. In fact the Arenui is in a class of its own. As Oliver and I have reached an age where comfort and luxury matter, we have chosen 6 star resorts over live aboards. With the Arenui we have found a floating 6 star resort.
The crew was really first class. Everyone was incredibly nice, cheerful and eager to please. Special requests were accommodated. The cabins were kept clean and sparkling. The public areas were very comfortable., The food was quite good. Ken enjoyed many massages. The attention to detail was impressive.
The dive operation was top notch. Ken rented equipment which was top of the line and in perfect repair. The tenders were fast and comfortable. The tender staff were always there and helpful both when beginning a dive and when we ascended. The service was exceptional. We never touched our gear once after we arrived. The dive staff took care of it all including rinsing. Nitrox was available.
The cruise directors Debbie and Jerry offered instruction and were great to dive with. In addition they were great leaders for the staff and kept the boat running smoothly. They are very conscientious, always available, and hard working. The dive masters Ali and Toby were very knowledgeable and had “great eyes”.
The small touches which made a huge difference and also serve to put Arenui above the rest are too numerous to mention. However all of us noticed them and appreciated the extra effort.
All in all I would highly recommend a trip on the Arenui to everyone, especially the most discerning travellers.
Look forward to diving with you again soon,
Carole |

Arenui is a new liveaboard. The cabins are 5 star hotel rooms with big bathrooms and showers that allow you to wash yourself without bumping your head, elbows and knees everytime you blink. Even during night navigation, the boat is surprisingly quiet. The boat is very stable even in rougher seas.
Service on-board is extremely friendly, pro-active and leaves little or nothing to desire. Five star! The lounge is huge lovely decorated and seats easily 24 people even if used only by 16 divers.
UW Photography Comments: Excellent large table for photographic gear.
The dive deck is large and allows easy dressing and undressing. Access to tenders is safe and stable. Huge sundeck. We have travelled on a good number of liveaboards and none stands in the shadow of Arenui's overall performance. This is the very best! Great value for money. We had a dive guide for each two divers. The guides are all very knowledgeable about the area. Good briefings. A trip without a glitch. We immediately booked for a repeater trip. Once you experience Arenui you are in trouble because nothing compares! |

Caro Luigi,
Salutami tutto l'equipaggio appena puoi, grazie...

It would be very hard to critize anything about this boat. The cruise directors were outstanding. Toby and Ali are magnifdicient guides. The whole crew was there whenever you needed them. I’ve been on many, many liveaboards…none better than the ARENUI. All “Class” The décor and Indonesian theme prevail throughout. This is more than a boat, it is a piece of art built on the water. |

You have a great team and operation. The night we set off in the boat at Banda to photograph mandarin fish, a storm hit and we had a bumpy wet ride. This did not damper anyone’s spirits including the crew that always had a big smile on their face even though they were cold and wet. This enthusiasm made the trip. I would recommend the operation to friends. |

The Arenui is one of the most beautiful ships I've ever been on.
The wood details are fantastic; the cabins spacious, comfortable and gorgeous.
The bed too is spacious, complete with modern fixtures, including a real toilette!
The crews are a joyful group of people who pamper you throughout the cruise.
We enjoyed a fantastic vacation onboard The Arenui and we look forward to returning. |

Arenui is a new but a very well set up & run diving operation. Gerry, gives very informative and entertaining dive briefings with lots of details and clear diagrams. The boat is well set up for diving & very comfortable for relaxing between dives. Up to 4 dives per day are offered (including night dives) which sometimes are better than diving during the day. Overall a highly professional Liveaboard that I would recommend very highly. |

She is a really beautiful boat but with the added bonus of a truly beautiful location too! After sleeping in a spacious, elegant room, enjoying a tasty breakfast and thorough but excited dive briefing, we went to look for manta rays at a cleaning station & we were dissapointed disappointed! We had two great dive sites including white & black mantas and even experienced a very close encounter at the end of the second dive as manta gracefully floated right above my head! |

As n adventurous honeymoon experience, the Arenui exceeded our expectation for service, comfort lodging & off course diving. However, it was the fabulous touch from the crew on our penultimate night that was really special. Unbeknownst to us, the chef had prepared us a cake with our names iced on it, which the crew presented to us following supper under the stars, then, serenaded us with a reaction of When I fall in love. Everyone was involved, from the stewards to the captain! A truly magical moment in otherwise faultless trip. Thank you. |
