The crew went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It was such fun getting to know everyone and it felt like they got to know us too, which makes it hard to say goodbye! Everyone went above and beyond to ensure a magical dive trip. The music, too, was the best part of making me feel at home, even while away. The divemasters and captains were exemplary—quick to answer and correct, patient, and observant with the divers. The briefings were fun and relevant, and I loved talking about photography and marine life during surface intervals. The locations and dive sites were truly otherworldly. You’ve mastered the perfect balance of activities and downtime! I felt cared for 24/7—not just by the facilities, but by your competent and caring crew. This trip had been a long-time ambition for me, and when the opportunity came, I signed up on short notice, it even more than I expected!

We enjoyed this trip very much and are already looking forward to booking the next one! We loved the photo op with the sails and appreciated how knowledgeable and helpful the cruise directors and dive masters were with fish and creature identification. All the crew went the extra mile to make us comfortable, Arief fixed us iced tea every day!

Great family memories were made on this trip—thank you!! We hope to join you all again in a year or two in Komodo!It was also a lot of fun to be on board with Luigi and the Orangutan trip add-on. Great time effort, everyone on board made us feel welcome, well cared for, and comfortable. We enjoyed story time at dinner, and Mario and the kitchen team did a magnificent job. The option to have half portions was perfect! Great diving, and renting equipment was so easy!

The boat is by far the best in Indonesia—and the world! Such a special liveaboard experience. Chef Mario is outstanding, and Natty, Alex, Fahmi, and Ketuk are true standouts in the world of liveaboard crews—there’s no one better! We dive around the world on liveaboards multiple times a year, and when our destination is the Coral Triangle, we choose only the best. It doesn’t get better than the Arenui!

This was my fourth time as a guest on the Arenui over ten years, and it was just as luxurious and memorable as the first time on board. Mario and his team create magic in the kitchen, and absolutely every crew member makes the Arenui the best liveaboard. Indonesia offers the best diving I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. Tiau was our divemaster and he was fantastic—we really enjoyed diving with him. His friendly attitude, knowledge, and skill are a great addition to the team. We’d love to come back!

What an incredible experience! This was my third liveaboard (and my first on the Arenui), and the experience was completely unmatched! The crew, diving, boat, and food were all spectacular. I had many memorable dives and saw several animals for the first time, thank you so much! Amazing boat with excellent food, Chef Mario and his team were exceptional! All of the crew were professional and friendly, with special kudos to Fahmi, Natty, Arief, and Mario!

Loved Natty and Alex—they were always ready to make adjustments when needed. Chef Mario’s creations were amazing! Arief and Dino were outstanding, always ready to serve us, and Fahmi was such a joy to be around. He and the others were quick to help when we had equipment issues. Thank you to the Captain for getting us safely from one place to another, and to the tender drivers and crew boys who were always there to assist, especially when we needed the extra help. The cabin boys kept our rooms nice, neat, and clean. This is also the only liveaboard I remember offering mixed drink options, and the cinnamon rolls after diving was dream come true!
