This boat and crew were exceptional. We are an extremely large camera group, and your staff found a solution to meet our needs. The kitchen staff are top shelf. Great food and presentation. Competent and well-run dive operation. The boat operators and divemasters are highly skilled. We would not change a thing and look forward to returning to Borneo. Plenty to see and photograph, with mostly clear waters

Areef is excellent!

This is a great boat — luxury at its finest. The crew is beyond excellent. The food is 5-star. So accommodating to diet restrictions and personal choice. Everyone is so professional, yet so friendly and helpful. Great trip and great dive masters and tender captains. I loved every moment on this boat. The crew is top of my list — and I have a long list. So thankful for you all. I would love to return. I only wish I had had a 10-day trip

The boat is definitely one of the best liveaboards I have been on. Every little detail has been accounted for. The food was delicious and plentiful. Chef Mario and his staff were spectacular in their food selections and presentation. I’m sorry to leave and not be able to enjoy his delicious preparations again. The crew is absolutely amazing and left nothing for us to attend to. They were always one step ahead of anything we needed. Truly outstanding. The diving was great, and the staff was superlative in every respect. Our dive guide Tome is hilarious and funny

The way the crew handled photo equipment was beyond excellent. All guests were equally impressed with the crew, who worked as a cohesive unit — really outstanding. Borneo is a new destination for me. Very worthwhile, and great that it is so free of other boats — for now. Very impressed — one of the world's great dive liveaboards for sure

The divemasters and captains were exemplary—quick to answer and correct, patient, and observant with the divers. The briefings were fun and relevant, and I loved talking about photography and marine life during surface intervals. The locations and dive sites were truly otherworldly. You’ve mastered the perfect balance of activities and downtime! I felt cared for 24/7—not just by the facilities, but by your competent and caring crew. This trip had been a long-time ambition for me, and when the opportunity came, I signed up on short notice, it even more than I expected!

We enjoyed this trip very much and are already looking forward to booking the next one! We loved the photo op with the sails and appreciated how knowledgeable and helpful the cruise directors and dive masters were with fish and creature identification. All the crew went the extra mile to make us comfortable, Arief fixed us iced tea every day!

Great family memories were made on this trip—thank you!! We hope to join you all again in a year or two in Komodo!It was also a lot of fun to be on board with Luigi and the Orangutan trip add-on. Great time effort, everyone on board made us feel welcome, well cared for, and comfortable. We enjoyed story time at dinner, and Mario and the kitchen team did a magnificent job. The option to have half portions was perfect! Great diving, and renting equipment was so easy!

The boat is by far the best in Indonesia—and the world! Such a special liveaboard experience. Chef Mario is outstanding, and Natty, Alex, Fahmi, and Ketuk are true standouts in the world of liveaboard crews—there’s no one better! We dive around the world on liveaboards multiple times a year, and when our destination is the Coral Triangle, we choose only the best. It doesn’t get better than the Arenui!
