As an adventurous honeymoon experience, the Arenui exceeded our expectation for service, comfort lodging and of course diving. However, it was the fabulous touch from the crew on our penultimate night that was really special: Unbeknownst to us, the chef had prepared us a cake with our names iced on it, which the crew presented to us following supper under the stars, then, serenaded us with a rendition of ‘When I fall in love’. Everyone was involved, from the stewards to the captain! A truly magical moment in a faultless trip. Thank you.

Arenui is 5 star boat with 5 star crew. My first ever Raja Ampat trip was beyond my expectation. Diving and safety were always their priority. This was an unforgettable trip for me. Diving with mantas, turtles, wobegongs, sea snakes and all those macro creatures was breathtaking. Thank you Jerry, Ali, Debbie, Olga, Tobi, Made, Moses and all the other 20 crew who did a fantastic job.

It was a big surprise for our group upon arrival of Arenui. This was much more than we expect from a diving liveaboard. The facility, crew, equipment were in a five star class standard. We enjoyed our trip very much.

She is a really beautiful boat, with the added bonus of a truly beautiful location too! After sleeping in a spacious, elegant room, enjoying a tasty breakfast and thorough but excited dive briefing, we went to look for manta rays at a cleaning station – and we weren’t disappointed! We had two great dive sites including white and black mantas; and even experienced a very close encounter at the end of the second dive as manta gracefully floated right above my head!

The Arenui is the first ever liveaboard where I felt like extending my trip for another 11 days. The most comfortable boat, friendly staff, fantastic food and most importantly excellent diving. I will return.

Arenui is a new but a very well set up & run diving operation. Gerry, gives very informative and entertaining dive briefings with lots of details and clear diagrams. The boat is well set up for diving & very comfortable for relaxing between dives. Up to 4 dives per day are offered (including night dives) which sometimes are better than diving during the day. Overall a highly professional Liveaboard that I would recommend very highly.
