Before this diving trip aboard the Arenui to the Komodo Islands, I had only six open water dives. Now after 17 dives on this trip, I feel much more confident as a diver. The divemasters, Lisa, Joni, Ronald and Idy kept close to me during the dives and made sure I felt safe and secure the entire time underwater. The small dive groups of 3 to 4 people and expertise of the divemasters ensured sightings of sea creatures I never knew existed – frogfish, scorpionfish, sweetlips, nudibranchs and garden eels. One of the many highlights was swimming with manta rays! Thank you Arenui crew for a memorable diving vacation! The boat is beautiful and meticulously cared for. Every need was met with a smile – excellent service, food, equipment, guides, together with a beautiful Indonesian culture and landscape. Boat: excellent use of space; extremely comfortable and relaxing. Diving: felt like I was in good hands and that diver safety was of the highest importance. Crew: the entire Arenui crew went out of their way to provide the best service, food, and overall diving and vacation experience. Thank you! Food: couldn’t have been better – wonderful.
