All the stories in your experiences (Debbie and Jerry) are fantastic! Two special people you have found Luigi!!! Thank each and every one of you, from Siska in Bali to the others we never saw. What a truly amazing experience. I will gladly write and support/be a reference for you any time! The boat – what a spectacular lady she is! The diving – WOW!!! The crew – the attention to detail is spectacular. The food – five great meals a day.

Every once in a while you have an underwater experience you will never forget. I came here hoping to see a walking shark. Witnessing walking sharks mating on a night dive was over the top if not a little too personal! Thanks! Pricey trip but worth it! Crew fantastic to last person and service unmatched in my experience (5th liveaboard). The diving – awesome diving. The crew – best food by far of any liveaboard I have been on!

En route to the Arenui we had a chance encounter with someone who had just disembarked. They had lots of rain on their voyage and some of their comments left us apprehensive. I am pleased to say that our voyage has been spectacular. In fact, I cannot imagine how it could be improved upon. The crew knows us very well now, our likes and dislikes, they are like old friends in many ways. We cannot wait for the opportunity to travel on the Arenui again. Debbie and Jerry made us feel very confident and safe. They are brilliant!! The boat – I loved the amazing smell in the room after it was cleaned each day!! The diving-WOW!!! AMAZING!!! The crew – there could not be a lovelier group of people to guide us on this journey. Love Jerry and Debbie!! The food-I ate too much!! 🙂

I’ll be back. This was the best two weeks of my life. From the moment we were met at the airport, to the very last goodbye I’ve felt like royalty. World class food, diving, luxury and staff. I can’t wait to come back. The diving-Debbie and Jerry are awesome hosts and the divemasters are excellent. Even the tender drivers are wonderful. The crew-everyone from the cruise directors down to the engineers made me feel so welcome and always had an honest smile. The food-the cooks could work in any five star restaurant. It felt like it was their goal to make me fat!

This was our first liveaboard. We were truy spoiled. We ran into rain and some bumpy water at the beginning and the crew made choices in boat position and dive sites to keep us comfortable and safe. We ended our trip with calmer seas and sun. What a great experience! The diving-our dive sites were amazing! We had such variety. Debbie and Jerry make sure we knew what the key sights and critters were and did a good job helping us observe them and answered any questions I had post dive. I loved Debbie’s stickers for the logbook for special sightings. The crew-the crew has been remarkable. Every member has been polite, courteous, friendly, and has done their job with our comfort in mind. We were greeted by Bayu every morning, smiling with our choice of breakfast, drinks quickly appearing before we asked. Debbie did a wonderful job calming me underwater and returning me to the surface safely after I had a panic situation underwater. The tender workers were helpful and fun. The workers on the dive deck were also very helpful. The food-the food was plentiful and tasty. It was fun looking into the kitchen to watch the preparation.

Debbie was our Divemaster. During one dive my wife had a small issue with her mask and panicked a bit at 60 feet. Debbie handled it extremely professionally. She got my wife to calm down, breath and do the safety stop before surfacing. Overall, the crew was the best I have seen.

Overall … one of the best crews and operators and the food was superior, well prepared and presented. Because of that we rank this from the dive destinations – service as equal to the number one cruise we took out of the 19-20 we’ve done all over the world. The crew – Ali our divemaster was fantastic, superior in every way from checking gear, entry into water, navigation, spotting critters and getting us back onboard! Tender drivers were spot on! Bayu in the restaurant was also outstanding – really showed he cared about all of the guests – excellent customer service skills. Jerry and Debbie did a great job! Well versed in all aspects of the operation, genuinely personable to meet each individual’s needs.
