Everyone was very detailed, passionate and happy to assist in everyway possible. I want to include Siska, she has been amazing with helping our group. Crew, boat seemed even more amazing than my first trip 2 years ago, love the vessel and the crew…absolutely fantastic. Crew from the Arenui spoiled us from the time we arrived in Komodo. They prepped our gear and even help dress us before entering the tender. Tender crew made sure entries and exits were safe while our Divemaster did what we wanted to do as far as current, depths and critters. This venture far exceeded our expectations.

All excellent. Everybody worked together for our safety and comfort, the crew, especially Fery were very helpful anticipating problems before they happened, great service. This trip was much better than 2 years ago in Raja, the staff was extra careful to listen to us and gave us a good time. Safety was top priority. Prior to this trip I had struggled in a 5mm suit with too much weight, with the help of Fery and Joe, I good control and buoyancy and air consumption. This made the week a great experience and restored my interest for diving.

Great operation, one of a kind in the dive industry, truly exceptional service. I’m not a fan of people handling my dive gear, however by the third dive I was very comfortable with the crew taking care of my equipment.

All excellent. Very glad to see cappuccino, espresso and Americano from Kitchen. Heri is a top notch guide, no complaints. The crew are great individuals and also a great team. The boat tender drivers were able to get extra weight into our pockets while we were still in the water, this saved our Manta dive which was incredible!!!!

All excellent, Second time on The Arenui and again was excellent!!!It’s a gorgeous boat so easy to stay on very comfortable!!! The diving was fabulous, healthy corals, tons of fish and sea life, great dive sites and the staff was very skilled and attentive. The crew was superb, 5 star, all were so helpful and so knowledgeable. Really made the trip so wonderful!!! Great selection, the food was great. This is my second trip, both were fantastic ( the cold water wasn’t great but…..Mantas were there ). All staff works together to make the Arenui so special from the first getting in to the last goodnight. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. I will be back!!!! Guillem set the overall tone and is a great director!! High praise for him. Many thanks for the USB with dive sites and pictures, WOW, great!!!!

All excellent. Beautiful boat and nice details on individual rooms, lots of shade and great A/C. The diving was excellent, excellent divesites choices and working around strong currents. Everyone of the crew members is so friendly and helpful. Excellent food. After every briefing I turn into my divemaster ( Ronald ), give him an ordered list of creatures from the briefing and he finds them all for me!!!

All excellent. Very professionally run operation, well-maintained vessel, disciplined operation. Diving : Again, professional and disciplined. I felt comfortable and safe at all times. Also very fun, good people, they took care of everything!! Service and friendliness was outstanding!!! Massages were wonderful!! Especially impressed with variety and ability to prepare off-menu dishes on request, great service!!! Everyone worked really hard and cheerfully, we are so appreciative, thanks!!! We had our 30th wedding anniversary here and the chef baked us a cake, it was a delicious surprise and became a group celebration. We had a great last night party, made the whole boat feel like family.

All excellent. Essentially, a floating 5-star hotel!!! It was my first time in Indonesia and I thought it was fantastic and great variety of critters and marine life, colors and corals… Crew was top notch. Although I can see Komodo is a busy area, the itinerary was perfect planned and we had a great time. Our dive guide Hery was extremely knowledgeable of the dive sites and could spot all sorts of amazing critters. Cruise director Guillermo was ever present and eager to make all the group super comfortable above and below water.
Best food I had on a boat!!! Very flexible with special requests. In my search for the best liveaboard in Indonesia I came across the Arenui a few years ago, but never got around planning a long trip. Finally I was able to find space for the Komodo trip and it paid off big time!!! This was the best diving trip I have taken so far. Despite being a solo traveller I felt very comfortable as the crew did a fantastic job all around. The diving was amazing and we were able to see everything on the wish list!!!!

All excellent. Cabins are excellent and roomboys are great at taking care of you. Guillermo does an excellent job overall and especially the briefings. We thought the entire staff go above and beyond to make your trip the best ever. Fery was a great divemaster and was so informative and helpful. Mario and Kadek are the greatest!!!
