Congratulations and thanks for making my first trip to Komodo super enjoyable. You guys are the best. Boat: Lovely accommodation. Best ever experience for comfort. The Arenui is in a class of its own. Diving: Thanks to Ronald for our “briefing, briefing” call. Lisa and G did a great job on explaining the dives, it was particularly helpful to show us what we were going to see on each dive. Crew: Lisa and G did a great job of taking care of us. They were very accommodating on dive sites and allowing us to stay as long as we like. Wayan did a super job on the massages. Thanks to the crew behind the scenes to make our stay super enjoyable, i.e. engineers, captains, people filling our tanks. Food: Can’t complain about the food at all. Great choices, plenty of food. Thanks to the kitchen crew for preparing our daily feast. Special thanks to Anto and Kadek on serving. Great job!

Both Cruise Directors always making sure every need is attended and going out of their way to make this particular trip was special for us. Excellent divemasters who love their job and the tender drivers always smiling and extra helpful as all the crew we came across. Food: Excellent food, and amazed Putu and his helpers can produce such a varied menu and continuously all the time. Grateful that Putu made time to give us a “cooking lesson”. Do not feel the food could have been any better.

Congratulations to the Cruise Directors and team for running such a great operation. I would highly recommend the Arenui. Diving: The dive teams, crew and briefings were excellent. The level of service and safety was the best I have ever experienced. All the team should be proud of their service. Crew: All amazing. From the chefs and stewards, to the divemasters, cruise directors, therapists and tender drivers. Wawan was our divemaster and he was exceptional. He was attentive and excellent spotter. Lisa and G were wonderful and kept us well informed. Food: Desi and Kadek who we spent time with everyday gave special service, were always attentive and looked after us with a smile. Chef was great at accommodating dietary needs which was greatly appreciated.
