So much food! Great selection all during the day. We loved the Soto Ayam! We had two birthdays and the cakes were beautiful and delicious! Natalia and Alex were phenomenal. So invested in their travelers' experiences. All crew was extremely attentive! Our travelers loved this trip. Well worth the long flights. We’ve done a lot of diving and Fahmi is the best divemaster we’ve ever encountered. All of the guys were great and boy do they have creature ID down. The guys went above and beyond to cater to my very picky diet and helped me figure out what to eat every day. They are the best of the best. There isn’t a single person on this boat that does not go above and beyond. We cannot express how truly wonderful they all are. Alex and Nat are wonderful and you should do everything in your power to keep them as long as possible. Arenui crew is the best of the best! Thank you guys for everything!

Really appreciated all the fantastic and creative vegan options — Chef Mario and team were great and always made sure I had appetizing options or versions of the main meal. Best meals by far of any liveaboard I've been on. SA staff all around — everyone was fantastic and courteous. Really enjoyed our dives with Tian — he found us so many great macro creatures we would have otherwise missed. Loved that there was a good mix of dive types and sites. The first days were some of my favorite in Flores and Alor for macro, and the Forgotten Islands brought beautiful reefs and walls. Serving staff attendants were amazing

Even though we lived on the boat, it felt very comfortable. There was plenty of space to hang out. The chef made food to order for everybody, and it was all delicious. Beautiful boat. I love how there are so many storage areas in the room. It was so nice that there was soup every breakfast and also at dinner — very warm and comforting. The crew was amazing. Stewards learned names and likes so quickly. You had things before asking. 2nd to none! Always on the look out for critters and small things. Made the dives most interesting. Food and Beverages: All excellent. Great Food and choices. Quality and quantity was just right. The whole trip was beyond my wildest expectations. This truly was concierge diving- everything was done for you. Loved having DM’ s come up to Fish-ID and help with log books. As this was our first time in Indonesia, we did not know what to expect. We have been diving in other areas of the world but must say the Raja Ampat tour topped them all. The  staff on the Arenui caters to your every want. You are always greeted with a smile! They obviously love their jobs. Look for us again , we will be back.!!

Linda found the single bed in our room very hard. { The Queen bed was a little crowded for both of us}. The Diving: All excellent. Although some sites better than others, each one was amazing. Anything we do in the future will probably come up short. The Crew: All excellent. Everyone was over the top courteous and helpful. G and Jose were entertaining at Dinner every night. Briefings were all informative . Timing and schedule were always right on. Jose’s education lessons were excellent. Mario and Kadek were non-stop helpful. Captain Syam was great to participate in the wedding ceremony. G was always extremely helpful and informative. Food and Beverage: All excellent. Top quality in all respects. Good choices, nothing ever disappointed. Everything was crisp and fresh- healthy and decadent in each dinner. All of the crews participation in the wedding made the vent even that much better. G’s choice of the site could not have been much better., the village tour , the view point climb and the cave visit were all great and a nice change. We all had a great time with the swim at the view point. Thanks to everyone. As a group we took a short tender ride through a pearl farm to a view point. After climbing the top { reasonable climb} we were treated to spectacular 360 views. Back on the jetty we all had a great swim in a crystal clear shallow lagoon.

I chartered this ship for our 35th wedding anniversary. Travelled to Bali the fall of 2015 to ensure the Arenui met my expectations. It exceeded my expectations at first sight. I was told Raja Ampat was world class but until you experience it for yourself I feel you don’t really have any idea how awesome it is. The crew is without question the best part of the trip. The boat and the diving are great, but the crew really brings the experience together. The attention to detail is amazing. My sister was lucky enough to get married while on this cruise. The crew did an amazing job to make the wedding unforgettable. I am a foody, I love to cook, I enjoy culinary experiences, the Arenui culinary team exceeded my expectations in every regard. Thank you to all of the Arenui staff! Special thanks to Siska , she was awesome helping me to set up and execute the awesome anniversary adventure.

I was very thirsty one day and I asked Mario what I could drink- he made me a lime aid that was excellent and thirst quenching. And he continued to make it for me throughout the trip. I don’t like to drink soft drinks or beer so it was a life saver. Special mention to Mario and Kadek, Hassan who snorkeled with me and made me more comfortable in the water, G and Jose who answered all our questions, and Fahmy who kept us smiling, really the whole staff was exceptional.

Felt like family by the end of the trip.  They did everything for us. The diving was amazing. The amount and variety of fish was incredible. This has been a once in a life time adventure. We will be back on Forgotten Islands, or Komodo or this trip again - with the same CREW! Simply stunning trip! One of my best adventures ever! And something to remember all my life. The boat is gorgeous, the crew is exceptional. Boat: when I dream of a boat, I dream of Arenui. Rocking music of the wood, its beauty, comfort, everything. Diving: not just excellent, PERFECT. Lisa is a wonderful divemaster! Perfect dive plans always, awesome sense of humor, always showing lots of things we would otherwise never see. Crew: PERFECT. It's the whole TEAM, i.e. everyone together, who is outstanding. Same crew as 1.5 years ago (almost)! That says a lot. And the guests can appreciate the excellent atmosphere! Food: delicious! Too much, but wonderful!

Debbie and Jerry were lovely people, filled with enthusiasm and clearly in love with their jobs. The boat was run efficiently and we felt like royalty for the entire 11 days. Boat: loved Shinta cabin. Spacious, tons of storage. Beautiful windows and lovely decorations. Great value relative to price of other cabins on boat. Upon our return, we'd only stay in Shinta or Rama. Diving: diving was spectacular! Crew: Phari was a wonderful dive guide and I appreciated being with him. Not only did he perform the traditional dive master role, but he also took extra effort to instruct me on improving my buoyancy and general diving. Debbie and Jerry were the best! Food: food was great, although there was certainly a lot of it.

Hightlight was Anto dressed as a zombie, he is very good as a zombie waiter! Glad Luigi was with us as well, made the trip very interesting. Debbie and Jerry are also excellent directors, highly recommended! This trip was a perfect trip for Traci to learn to dive. I enjoyed watching her gain confidence with each new dive. She is going to definitely be spoiled after this trip! 🙂 Boat: our cabin was very comfortable, we felt like we had our own tree fort under the sea. Bed was very good as well. Crew: everyone was always helpful and smiling. Very sweet people. Food: sometimes too much food, but our needs were always met or exceeded. Anto and Kadek did make our dreams come true.

Excellent trip all around! No concerns or negative experiences at all! One suggestion: maybe offer soft spa music during massages (not too loud), may be better than hearing the other guests talking. Lisa was one of the best divemasters I've ever had! She was extremely patient, was always looking out for our group, and always took the time to make sure we were comfortable and ready. Even though we lived on the boat, it felt very comfortable. There was plenty of space to hang out. The chef made food to order for everybody, and it was all delicious. Beautiful boat. I love how there are so many storage areas in the room. It was so nice that there was soup every breakfast and also at dinner — very warm and comforting. The crew was amazing. They tended to all of our sometimes quirky requests and always made sure we were comfortable. It was also nice to see them get along and have fun together. Good mix of macro and big animals. It's a great diving experience — excellent service, friendly crew, good food (non-repeated meals). An unforgettable diving trip!
