Ronald was a fantastic dive guide – let us go but kept an eye on us all – great at finding small stuff! Variety of dive sites and style of diving (eg, drift vs manta vs muck vs night etc) was excellent. Fellow divers were a great bunch – lots of laughs. Well matched with our dive group. By the end it really felt like we were a big family!! Boat: loved the boat – our cabin was fantastic – loved the little touches such as shampoo, tissues, chocolates etc. Plenty of room to lounge about, get away, read and snooze! Diving: we were paired up with another couple that really worked well – similar capabilities and similar air consumption. Great job done by the Cruise Directors pairing us up. Crew: we felt like nothing was too much trouble. Anto and Kadek were a delight and so tolerant of everying asking for different things. Would be great if the crew had named shirts or name tags so we don’t screw up their names. Both the Directors clearly have a great relationship with the crew and it really shows – a very harmonious environment. Food: chefs are rock stars! Every meal delicious, on time and plenty of it. Very impressed!

Excellent trip all around! No concerns or negative experiences at all! One suggestion: maybe offer soft spa music during massages (not too loud), may be better than hearing the other guests talking. Lisa was one of the best divemasters I’ve ever had! She was extremely patient, was always looking out for our group, and always took the time to make sure we were comfortable and ready. She was quick to point out the marine life and made all the dives the most enjoyable I have ever had! Terima Kasih 🙂 Boat: Beautiful and charming! Diving: all excellent, specially the destination and safety! Crew: all excellent, specially the Cruise Directors. The entire crew was amazing! Our dive at Takat Makassar was magical with the mantas. The current was very strong, and Lucie, our 18-year-old, was struggling a little. Idy, our divemaster, took her hand, then Tim and I joined and we just floated safely and happily greeting mantas along the way. The Komodo National Park and the village were exciting and we got a chance to go on land. Crew: every crew member knew our names, so nice!

This was my second trip on the Arenui, we had the same room and our first night laying in bed I felt like I was “back home”! The crew is so friendly and warm. I just loved the diving and the atmosphere provided by all the staff. Lisa and G were EXCEPTIONAL hosts/directors! Intelligent, knowledgable and fun! Anto is my favourite, but I love the entire staff!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you for the A/C environment in the restaurant area, it’s a must have. The room and bed is very comfortable. Diving: Beautiful diving. Lots of marine life spotted by our Divemaster Ronald. Crew: Nice to have a low ratio of divemasters to divers (1:3), I felt very safe! Ronald was so much fun! I did not get to know the others as divemasters.

Cruise Directors and staff are superb! They get to know the guests and their preferences. Anto is exceptional. Lisa was our dive guide, her safety first philosophy was great. I love her devious laugh!
